Room 7 twin bed with windows water pipe leak from under bed cause floor having a lot of water informed owner but only clean up but not able to solve the damage I have order a twin bed without window but give me window with leaking pipe.stay 3 nights with 3 nights hotel owner continues selling room 7 until you solve the issue very unfair to consumer

The location is superb as it is just 2min walk from exit C2 of TST. There are a lot of food options nearby. There's Michelin star pan fried bun just 3mins away.
My room may be a bit old/rusty. But overall, the bed is pretty big for single traveller and comfy.
You will need to call before checking in though, as you need the pin to enter the property.

Facilities are new. No front desk. All PIN codes access. The bathroom and toilet bowl cramp together hardly any space to turn around. Very strong moisture smell.

Everything was going well until there was a cockroach which climbed onto my face when I was sleeping. It was quite a horrifying experience. Other than this, hotel location is good.

I was given zero instructions on how to enter the property. Turns out there is a passcode for the front door. Had to message the host thru wechat. You be dead if you have no internet. Upon entering there is no one at the reception. It was still around 7pm. Room smells like cigarette smoke. But overall, great deal for its price. You get what you pay for. Relatively clean. Complete amenities like towels, slippers and even free water bottle

The location is really very good, it close to anything especially the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui. We can also walk to Victoria habor and the Hong Kong museum of arts.

the room is actually small but it will serve its purpose. i like that its so convenient to anything and everything. will book this hotel again for sure!

Great location, small room but clean. I just had a little problem contacting the owner for the gate and door password.

Room and shower is very small. So, don't expect much just somewhere to rest. Located right outside C2 exit of the Tsim subway stop.

Location is good but difficult to find hotel as it is unclear when booked and no any information how to check in. Need to arrive the hostel and found something in Chinses , used google translate and add We chat so can get password to come in the hostel&room

Perfect location just in front of TST mtr station. Room is small but surprisingly comfortable especially bed n blanket.

It was typical cheap price range hotel in HongKong downtown.
Very small room (maybe 4-5m2 included bed),
It is not enough for open baggage.
Shower room and toilet same area, and 1.5m2.
But several positive things.
Strong air conditioning, key pad enter code, strong wifi, which was good I can say.
In the end, what I can say is
this hotel is nicely balanced, price, location, room size and quality.
Therefore I do not have complain.
I saw some negative reviews.
But honesty speaking,
their comment is right if they do not know how expensive country HongKong.
and typical cheap hotel in Hongkong.
But Downtown HKG location, near to station, and cheap price.
some small things and problem need to be accepted.
But....
Only for business trip.
Not for holiday, and not for family trip....

Located right next to Tsim Sha Tsui station, and a quick walk away from Victoria Harbour, it truly is in a prime location. There is also a iSquare shopping centre right next door, as well as various other shops and restaurants. Easy to transfer to East Sha Tsui station too, and there is also a bus stop for the airport right outside. The owner was very quick to respond, and answer any questions. The room was clean, and had towels, shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes and slippers! It was perfect for a short stay!
