overall service is great and the environment is decent, have already been here few times before n they never let us down. basic amenities are there, cleanliness is good, room size is nice, n they have the most friendly and helpful staff! would definitely revisit;)

My family and I chose this hotel for a short break in the South area. Although this hotel is kinda far from dt, facilities and room comfort are very good, and there is a free rooftop swimming pool. However, the service attitude of the front desk staff is not very good. The phone is always unreachable. I asked to modify my stay in advance before check-in, which is in line with my booking policy, but they rejected my request and rejected the check-in policy of my order listed on the platform, which is what they asked Everything else is OK👍

This contributed to a restful environment, making it ideal for relaxation. **Harbour View**: One of the standout features of Acra Hotel is the excellent harbour view. The scenic backdrop was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset, adding a charming touch to my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Acra Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and serene stay in Wong Chuk Hang. The combination of its great location, cleanliness, tranquility, and beautiful views makes it a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Wonderful Hotel with a nice rooftop pool and an incredible view, can really recommend it to stay there. The in-house restaurant was delicious as well

We loved this hotel. Their commitment to minimizing their impact on the environment is evident. The gym and the pool are excellent and the restaurant terrace a nice place to eat and hang out. I do recommend more variety of vegetarian options!

Super friendly staff, great location for us, we wanted to take a pause from a business trip. Direct bus to Stanley Village nearby and a mall with a decent Corean BBQ. Views in the room are breathtaking. Pool area is clean. We slept through out breakfasts so can’t comment on them but snacks which we ordered were good. Eco focus of the hotel is important to me. Water is available and not in plactic bottles. Very clean room with a great design. Next time I plan to stay in the Arca. And I am not a very easy customer to satisfy. So, well done to the hotel and its management team.
