非常棒，在香港哪種寸土寸金的地方給的那間4人房很大相當於是一個小套間，外面是兩張床裡頭隔間可以放行李什麼的，浴室也是比較大的。最重要的一點就是給我們免費寄存行李到下午六點哦，（也就是説中午逛累了還可以回賓館洗澡休息到六點在退房）這個服務真是太棒了，所以原本衹住一晚的直接續住一晚，下次有去再去住！新興大廈本來是比較安全且交通很方便，東鐵線旺角東站下車過完天橋往朗豪方向走就能找到，斜對面還有老字號“稻香”茶餐廳，早餐都去那邊解決的！推薦哦～可惜忘記拍照片了（傳了三張旅行圖片補下空）
