Cleanliness of the room - meet expectation
Room amenities - need improvement
(No wifi and TV not working - I've already read the previous comments regarding this issue and I thought the issue was raised and fixed however unfortunately it's still the same. They didn't rectify the problem at all.)

The worst place I have ever been in my life, don’t recommend to nobody, if I want to do something to my worst enemy I will give one night in this hotel. THE WORST PLACE EVER

The location is excellent. It is very near MTR Mongkok and bus stops. There are lots of convenience stores there. The place was clean and had all amenities we need except bottles of water. The service was great. We could leave our luggage at the hotel even after we had checked out.

Our stay was really good, just 2-3 blocks away from Mong Kok MTR Station, Langham Place Mall, Ladies Market, Sneaker Street. There’s also a Donki Store nearby as well as the K11 The Forest mall. it’s a good location to stay at. Bring a travel weighing scale though as their’s wasn’t working (not really a deal breaker but just a note.)
They did housekeeping every other day and they have 2 working elevators. You can leave your luggage at the lobby as well.
