The location is a bit out of the way, but the rooms are really good, quite new, and the service is excellent. It's quite convenient for getting to Disneyland, as there's a free shuttle bus to the subway station. Definitely recommended.

Due to a typhoon, my flight was delayed, so I stayed at a hotel close to the airport for the last two days. They offer a free shuttle to Tung Chung MTR Station and Citygate Outlets, which was very convenient for getting to the airport. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It's also quite close to Disneyland.

This hotel was very clean, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was very enthusiastic and polite. Plus, luggage storage was free. The bed was incredibly comfortable too – just fantastic! Highly recommended.

You can check the timetable below for specific times, which is super convenient for transit passengers. Just make sure to double-check the departure times – I ended up taking a taxi because I got it wrong...

I had a very comfortable stay! This hotel is great for hot weather since there's a bus from the hotel to the airport and subway station.

This hotel boasts excellent transport links, offering free shuttle buses to and from the airport and Tung Chung MTR station, making trips to Disneyland incredibly convenient. It's also very close to Ngong Ping 360, which is right by Tung Chung MTR station. Tung Chung MTR also features Citygate Outlets, perfect for shopping and dining. If you want to head to Tsim Sha Tsui or other areas, you can easily transfer from Tung Chung MTR, with travel to the city center taking about an hour. On the day of our arrival, we got in at 2 PM. We had previously emailed to request an early check-in, which the hotel smoothly arranged. On our last day, with a tight schedule, the front desk kindly extended our check-out to 1 PM after we inquired. The service throughout was flexible and thoughtful, making for a great overall travel experience.
