The room is spacious and huge. Check-in was slightly slower than expected, but I could sit down, so it’s nice. There was a short introduction of the room by the check-in staff. Very friendly. They provided us with free Champaign and tarts. Wonderful. They also provided extra ashtray (we had balcony) and extra Champaign glass for our guest. We didn’t really know how to play music from the Bose though. The shower was a bliss with multiple settings (both rainforest and shower head with multiple settings). Room is spacious and bright.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Hong Kong! It’s so clean and new. The staff are very accommodating and the space is lovely. Commuting around Hong Kong is easy because there are nearby bus stops and tram stops. Exploring Hong Kong is super easy!!

Overall, we had a good 3 nights at the hari. Rooms are small, but very well organized and cozy. 2 things we didn’t like was: breakfast selections and the cleanness.
Breakfast menu was very poor… their buffet consisted with breads, porridge and fruits, and you have 1 main course to select from the menu. Its either savory or sweet, and selection is very limited. Staying 3 nights, we ate pretty same food everyday.
Moving to cleaning, we stayed 3 nights as i mentioned and all those days our bedsheets haven’t been changed, I understand if hotel follows the green policy and but at least mention it or put a tag with options incase we want it to be changed.
But besides that everything was pleasant.

The location is awesome at heart of Wan Chai. The rooms are not the largest but the ambience is good.

Beautiful style and high quality finishes, very comfortable bed, very fast check-in and check-out procedure.
Only two negative factors:
1. unfortunately the Nespresso machine didn't work, I don't know if it was due to the machine itself or low quality capsules, in any case, no coffee.
2. As with almost all hotels in Hong Kong the room was really small.
All in all, however, it was a positive experience
