Kowloon New Hostel

The service is bad. I booked a room a week in advance, but they didn't allow me to cancel or change it. The service is so bad.

Very bad. Have to pay another 500$ for a private bathroom and got a very dirty and smelly room. The Filipinos staying next door were so loud that we couldn't sleep. We told them to turn the volume down a bit. They weren't quiet at all, they even got louder. At 2am we couldn't sleep. 3-4 people were talking very loudly until we had to go out and find a new hotel. The next morning we told them we weren't staying and asked for our money back. We didn't stay a single night for 7 days. They refused to refund us. They said they only stayed one night. How do we know how many days they stayed? How many more days do we have to endure the noise and not be able to sleep? The hotel doesn't take responsibility. The pillows and blankets in this hotel are very black and smelly. There are cockroaches running around. The room also smells of detergent. Don't stay here. I've warned you. Read the rooms carefully. There are hidden features. The bathrooms are shared. Actually, we got another room for 200$ per night, the same price we booked here. The room was clean, the bathroom was new and clean. The bed sheets and blankets were white and didn't smell. We stayed for 7 nights because we couldn't stay here. It was very loud. The person who checked in, a fat lady, talked like a dog vomiting poop. Said he would not refund our money. It also charged us another $500 for the bathroom. It did not care and did not take responsibility. I already warned you not to stay here or else you will experience the same thing as me. Try reading the reviews. The people who wrote the reviews scolded it for charging for a private room. Most people experience this kind of thing. I want the police to come and investigate or the relevant people to come and inspect. Does it have the license and taxes? Because it took our money without any receipts. And we were making a scene and asking for a refund. That fatty called two *****. I was not afraid. This was even though I could speak their language. If you can’t, it will be even worse. If anyone is victimized like me, get together and report it to the police. Making money like this and people are cursing at each other. Try reading it.
