Overall very comfortable. It can be considered spacious with reasonable price. The security guard is very polite.

There is no slippers in the bathroom overall I stayed comfortable 😊

It was nice hotel, bed are soft, rooms smells good, and it is easy to find

The location is near the tourist district and we can explore many places nearby. The train station is near too. Pls be prepared for the small space and bed for this hotel. We felt crampy inside the room and our 2 luggages cannot lay open on the floor. Overall, we still have an enjoyable time in Hong Kong.

Place is convenient. Lots of 711s downstairs plus Mcdonalds. Reception area is at the 10th floor. Our room was at 9th floor. 2 lifts in the building but only 1 lift is working for the 9thflr. Have balcony and garden area which is nice. Receptionists are not that very accommodating but willing to answer questions when asked. In the room, the outlets near bed is hidden below the mattress so we had to pull out a bit the mattress for us to plug or charge our gadgets. Small fridge was not working as well despite telling the housekeeper about it. Toilet is fine. The room is aesthetic. Also has a water dispenser at the lobby. Overall our stay was good.

I love this hotel! If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay at the heart of Hongkong like Tsim Sha Tsui with budget considerations , ‘Hotel Hart’ is the right answer. Surrounded by delicious food and easy access to the public transport. Clean and comfortable room with everything that you may need in the room, plus nice and friendly staffs. But two more things that you may have to consider are the hotel located near/together with pub/bar but the room is sound proof, I can’t hear any noises next door. Lastly, the room is quite tiny. It’s hard to move around sometimes especially in the shower.

It was great staying at Hotel Hart. The cleanliness of the unit is impeccable. The room are well-maintained and the service is just top notch! This place is highly recommended!

Good hotel in the hart of hongkong. A lot of bars downstairs and relatively close to the metro (5min walk). Excellent staff. Clean room.

Place was very convenient and there were food and bars around the area. Aesthetic ambience as well.
