I humbly request that you do not stay here. I booked a 2 in bed Deluxe room. When I arrived at 11:45 a.m., Mr. Dang said, "I give you another room, give me 500 HKD." When I asked which room I had booked, Mr. Dang said, "I am not a pore person, I need 500 HKD." After giving me the allotted room, I paid the original price through Trip.com in two days for 856 He charged me 500 HKD after allotting me a room. I connected to WiFi and called trip.com about 12:10 a.m., but the problem was not resolved. Please be aware that this hotel also does not accept trip.com's guarantee of assistance.

I’m so impressed with all thier service. Room not that small.
And No need universal adapter !!
All staff very warm welcome and friendly. Good location ~Near by MTR, 7 eleven, K11, also not far from good restaurants and bakery cafe.
If I come back again sure that I will stay here again.

Great location, but ambience of the hotel is not that great. If you’re traveling to Hongkong first time, you have to expect to stay in small area cause its really over populated city
