Well managed and all the essentials are there. Good value. Lift to the place can be very crowded.

The room is very very small, almost a capsule. Its a bit hard to find, inside a big building with many different guesthouses. We arrived late at night and could do self check-in what was really helpful.

Even though this is inside a plaza (not very easy to find) in an old extremely dirty building, the place is extremely clean once you get into the hotel. They were kind enough to let me check in very early and they even gave me a free upgrade with private bathroom! I also had three windows which make the room sunny and nice. The room is TINY you don’t really have place to open your luggage unless on the bed, but you have TV, a super comfy bed, the AC works perfectly and you have a ceiling fan. If you are looking for a cheap clean place to stay this is it. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

It's very small and basic, but a great location so close to the waterfront. Once you navigate your way past the lifts and wheeler dealers, the hotel itself is clean and tidy.

Wonderful people , clean friendly convenient and affordable

While in a little bit of an intimidating building and initially on the harder side to find, once found very conveniently located very centrally. The room itself and bathrooms were well cleaned but the office room and general dingyness meant it didn't necessarily feel so clean overall. The room was very suitable for a solo traveller just to spend the nights; it even had a desk for some last minute planning. A towel and toothbrushes were provided and both bathrooms had shampoo supplies. There was also a water refill station in the lobby. Overall, after the initial hurdle of finding and getting used to the building's scary ground floor, a very pleasant stay!
