Good stay with wonderful view in a decent room equipped with comfy air conditioning and well positioned desk.

Staff attitudes are no good ! Room is dirty and small! No shampoo, hair conditioner, toothbrush provided! No table lamp, My room cards had been replaced 4 times because they didn’t work … so I need to come reception nearly every other two days 😡

Very nice hotel. The only issue we had was that when we first arrived, the receptionist took quite a long time to process our check-in. They could definitely improve their service in that area.
We also got a room upgrade for a lower price (plus taxes), which was great. We enjoyed our stay even though it was short (from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) since we had to transfer to another hotel afterward.

Good location if your itinerary is ngong ping, disneyland and macau (via bus). Please note that they are not giving free water, toothbrushes etc. All with fee.

房間大小來説 真的不過不失 這樣的價錢覺得相當合理 不過服務真的很優質 不得不説服務員呀星 看見我們拿着行李 馬上過來幫忙 真的沒有敷衍 整體來説 相當滿意啊👍🏼

Rather basic, you can't really walk yk the MTr station but luckily the public shuttles (tickets 4HKD one way) are very frequent

Minimal effort to put into a room service clean up. Nice view of harbour. Late check in was helpful. Understaff of queue exceeding line to enter elevator. You have to pay extra to use amenities.
