房間達到賓館要求，乾淨衞生，孩子説床單有看到頭髮，自己近視眼看不清，太困了也沒計較太多，穿長褲睡的。房間雖然小了些，自己和10歲的孩子每人一個床，睡得蠻好，標準對得起這個價格，要求高的還是訂更高級的吧！。離地鐵近，就在路邊，容易找。老闆好説話，一樓的大爺怕老闆不在無法辦理入住，還幫我提前和老闆打了電話，辦了入住後去樓下住，就是居民樓做的賓館。一套房子隔了五個房間，樓層裏感覺房子很舊，不過進去後還是可以的（應該是重新裝修過）。整體還可以吧。適合想省錢湊合住一晚的。晚上蠻安靜，睡得挺好的。

在新興大廈這棟樓有很多平價酒店，住過少説78家了。入住很多次了，心血來潮評價一下：
1這家在14樓，你可以直接用住户電梯上去，而不是像其他幾家去對面貨梯上21-25樓（有安全風險經常停修）
2房間是最大的幾家，跟那家旺角28什麼的一樣大，簡潔乾淨
3你有住房問題，商家很好説話，都用微信溝通很方便。（強調一下，我訂早了一日，跟商家溝通之後幫我延期入住了，真的老闆很好説話）
4寄存服務這棟全部酒店都有，不過還是説一下

環境當然不算很好的了，但在春節期間的接近600的價格配 這個環境 也算公道了，其他環境好一點的基本要1600以上。老闆娘的服務態度超級好，這個很贊。房間很小的，床、洗手盆、馬桶都很袖珍，香港的基本這樣，房間直接裝了內地插座，這個方便。窗開不了的，洗手間有排氣扇換氣。還算乾淨。隔音可能不太好，但剛好周圍的旅客都沒有吵鬧，所以整晚都很安靜，衹在早上刷牙時候聽到隔壁播歌。這個賓館在新興大廈內，樓下就是旺角，巴士站、地鐵站都挺近。總的來説，如果要性價比，住這裏還是可以的。忘記拍照了。
