Overall good experience. All clean and new. Friendly staff.
Can get a little too cozy if you are traveling with a partner as the bathroom door is right next to the bed.

Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. I appreciate a lot that the staff helped to upgrade my room, which is spacious and fully-equipped with cookware and a washing machine. Thank you for giving me a nice stay and I will definitely come again.

The shower temperature knob was a bit too sensitive and thus hard to adjust. Other than this, had a great stay and the hotel was just a few minutes from Wan Chai MTR. Staff is very attentive too.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with lots of restaurant and shops nearby.
There is also a kitchen in the room which is amazing!

The concierge was very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean enough.
The washing machine was put to good use throughout my stay for 5 days.
The hotel location is convenient, except one flaw is that you gotta walk up the steep hill to get to the entrance 😂
Got a raincoat from the vending machine as souvenir.
Overall, nice experience. Thank you 😃

Overall it's good value for money. i like the location but beware it's a pain to load your suitcases in and out of due to the steep slope. Service is good.
