Very dissapointing, no english and weird rules. Bit hard to find.

The place is not very well maintained, management doesn't speak a word of English (a bit surprising for downtown Hong Kong). The room I picked was marked as non-smoking but apparently it's not enforced and it smells of cigarettes everywhere. The bathroom is pretty much falling apart, the heater didn't work and I had to take a cold shower. The hotel is located in a typical Kowloon building where one of the two elevators is permanently broken and the other hasn't seen maintenance since the Cold War.

It smells like mold, water, no ventilation, and security is weak, and it is worse than a guest house, not a hotel.I don't think I'll ever go again.j

The hotel is on the 10th floor. There are 5 beds in a 6-person room. It is no problem to squeeze in with more children under 6 years old. The hostess has good service and provides free drinking water. The environment and sanitation are OK. Check in after 2 pm, and check out at 11 pm. The hostess did not rush to check out at 12 noon. It is very good. I will come to this hotel next time.
