1、定的“帶窗雙床房”，比“部分有窗”貴，因為知道部分有窗現場可能會安排沒有窗的房型。結果辦理入住時，還是沒有窗，讓我加錢才可以，不加錢就沒有房間，我發火和他爭吵，才給我房間，而且大部分是空房，房間雖然和圖片差異很大，想想代表內地素質，也就沒所謂隨便住下了，所以加錢應該是套路，能加一個是一個。
2、態度極差，店家是時隔3天才會打掃房間衞生，所以前3天我都是自己做，到第4晚請店裡阿姨換2條浴巾，一個短髮***先是裝作聽不懂，我還真以為她聽不懂，放慢語速還加動作和她解釋，結果她轉身用一副不屑和蔑視的普通話開始喋喋不休抱怨，態度嘴臉相當噁心，來香港多次，第一次覺得被排外。
3、房間臟、差、小潮，他家在這大廈裏面多家旅店，衹要是在13樓同一個房間辦理入住的都是他家。
僅供參考，方便避雷。

疫情後再次入住，服務還是保持水準，房間雖小但乾淨整潔，樓下就是尖沙咀站交通方便，去紅磡看演唱會也不遠，性價比不錯

這個真的是刷新了我對香港的認知，雖然去之前我也聽説過香港那邊房間小，但是説句實話，有一説一，這個房間其實並不是那麼的小，雖然床是靠着窗邊的，但是我睡的還是可以的，但是讓我揪心的是這裏的服務。
退房後把東西存放在這裏，但是由於路程超時了，不到一個小時回來之後被男孩子數落了，
