房間還不錯，但攜程提供的房型不全。我們一位以為定的星空房其實不是。到了後才看着環境換了星空房，加了400塊。其次是前台的態度真的是這個地球上見過最差的，沒有之一！

今次真的好唔開心，訂咗間2200蚊的大房居然除咗床同泠氣咩都冇，服務態度又差⋯⋯廁所同衝涼要行好遠，半夜去過廁所真的超級麻煩，牙刷，拖鞋，毛巾，電視全都冇，使咁多錢住間咁嘅嘢，失望死。希望大家三思而后行，哎！

西園環境不錯 交通及位置旺中帶靜 營內營外整體上很整潔 工作人員都很友善 園內設備很好 有不同玩樂設施 還有很多山羊

廁所的衛生比較差以外，如以露營營舍來說也不錯！地點也算易去方便，不過收費項目好像有點貴，歷奇活動也多較合大童
