The place is conveniently located along Nathan Road, making it easily accessible via various modes of transportation, including buses and the MTR. It’s also just a short walk to the Avenue of Stars, which is a big plus. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and straightforward. The room is adequately sized for two people, and considering the affordable daily rate, it offers decent value. However, I must highlight a major concern: cleanliness. The room was noticeably dusty, from the bed and curtains to the corners and especially the air conditioning unit. If you have asthma, allergies, or any sensitivity to dust or poor air circulation, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. I strongly urge the owner to do a deep clean, including heavy vacuuming and proper maintenance of the air conditioning system. Cleanliness is non-negotiable. No matter how convenient the location or how affordable the price, a dusty environment compromises the comfort and safety of guests. Location: 10/10 Cleanliness: 1/10

Mr. sam is very nice and accommodating.. the room is clean and compact with small fridge.. close to mtr, shops and restaurants.. thank you🙏

The location is perfect for tourists, can walk to victoria harbour, hong kong museum, hong kong cultural center, avenue of stars, etc... also mtr is just right beside the guest house. Very convenient. Room is clean but the amenities are limited.

Everything is fine except the cleaner doesn't know anything about PRIVACY. I suggest that any staff shouldn't enter every room they know are being occupied regardless of how short or how long a guest stays there. I suggest you put a double lock on your doors or a DON'T DISTURB sign to be hanged outside the door. I understand you need to clean the room, but please do it when your guest requested for it so you won't be disturbing someone who is resting or catching some sleep. I hate to say this but I'll say it anyway, you don't need to enter the room to remind your guests about check out time because obviously, THEY KNOW!!
