Empire Prestige Causeway Bay

Guests praise the hotel's cleanliness, modern style, and convenient location near Causeway Bay Harbor and MTR station. The staff offers excellent, helpful service. Rooms provide a cozy, quiet, and well-ventilated experience.

This hotel is part of the Empire chain, situated just beside another hotel from the same chain. It feels like a typical 4-5 star hotel, which is super. The bed came with soft and hard pillows, the bed was super comfortable, the toilet was big and clean. Honestly, no qualms about the room and physical aspects of the hotel. The stay also came with a free afternoon tea which was a buffet, which is really nice, and also lounge access on the 30th floor (both of which are in the sister hotel next door). What I found kind of annoying though was that despite the free amenities above, the hotel does not give any bottled water nor shaving kits or any amenities in the name of going green. I mean sure, I’m an advocate for going green, but surely everyone still needs to drink water, no? Maybe provide a reusable bottle and a water dispenser somewhere, that might be better than not providing any water at all. To their credit though, they do have a vending machine on the ground floor that serves drinks and amenities at a price.

Clean and cozy but small rooms. Great breakfast. Location is close to HK mains sightseeing but no good restaurant around only street food. Good for travelling couples.
