Second time staying here and it got even better. There were more variety of food available in the afternoon tea buffet, there are more drinks in the 30/F lounge. The room is clean and comfortable like last time. At such a price it’s a bargain without a doubt. Highly recommended!

not good at all small room no water to drink no soap 🧼 for watching hands no teeth brunch nothing good the brackfast olso cheese not many choices no capthino or milk..

The hotel room was very clean and tidy with a very good price. Also, staffs are very friendly, responsive and considerate especially to elderly. Highly recommended.

Keeping consistent is key
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—conveniently situated with easy access to nearby transport, shops, and restaurants. For Hong Kong standards, the room size was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and consistent throughout the stay, which made for a relaxing experience. It’s not overly luxurious, but for the price point, the quality and comfort offered are more than fair. Overall, it’s a solid option for travelers looking for a clean, well-located, and reasonably priced place to stay in the city.

Karen (Li?) has been exceptionally helpful during our 2 visits. It was our first time in Hong Kong, we don't know Cantonese, we had many questions, and Karen's recommendations for activities (food, shopping) were very good. We love the hotel and we strongly recommend to others. We will surely come again.
