This was a pleasant, last minute find. My family was able to get a restful night before traveling early. We were fortunate to catch two taxis at the drop off area of Ma Wan. Will definitely book when we find ourselves in the area.

The hostel is nice and pleasant for family holiday stay. The room is big with ample space and facilities! Enjoy to stay here!

The flushing of the toilet is not strong enough. It is obviously just a normal size of paper towels, but the inside is very nice and the air conditioning is OK. It is pretty good for a campsite 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬

It was a reasonable price, but there was a hotel front desk, and they kept my luggage and did everything for me
I checked in late after 10 because I went to Disneyland, but they were kind even at that late hour
I was a little worried because other reviews said there was no hot water,
but when I did as instructed to turn on the hot water motor switch at the entrance and wait for about 15 minutes, hot water came out quickly
The area was quiet and it was nice to walk around and look at the trees
The Ma Wan taxi stand was a 10-minute walk away, so it was easy to catch a taxi

The location is ideal for a stay in Hong Kong for families with children.
Because you are not in the city center and you can relax on the free, guarded beach.
On this small island there is not only the usual small supermarket but also a large supermarket with a wide selection!
There is no breakfast in the accommodation.
But you can have breakfast in a nearby hotel (8 minutes walk) (Arche Noah) for around €15 per person.
The island can only be reached by bus or taxi.
Before boarding the bus, make sure you buy an Octopus Card at the airport!!
