Noah’s Ark Hotel & Resort

This place is well designed for family trip. Beds are quite big and animal dolls attracted to kids. Room is not controlled by inserting card and all amenities are in sales at 24hrs counter. One thing bothered me was a little loud sound from airplane during the night since it is quite close place to airport. We stayed only one night and will visit again soon to see Ma Wan in the future.

I booked the dinosaur themed room and the reaction of my daughters was fantastic when I asked them to go into the room first. Their screams of delight and surprise were priceless. The hotel is on the the top floor of an ark shaped building and in an interesting and scenic location on Ma Wan island - it makes a good picture from the outside. I read somewhere that this Ark was built to the dimensions of Noah’s Ark described in the Bible, which is pretty fascinating. I like the ethos of the hotel which emphasises looking after our environment (we only have one Earth) and respecting nature and one another. Our room was perfect for a family of 4. It has two showers and two toilets which is very unusual for any hotel room, but very convenient when all trying to get ready at the same time. I recommend this for a family stay.

We stayed at the Cuddly Bear in London themed room, the room is well-decorated with good-view balcony. The reception staffs are quite nice. The gentleman staff as the greeter at the breakfast restaurant was very friendly and professional. Even though the buffet breakfast is not so good with very little choice, but he made our day! Love him! Only negative feedback is that I usually choose to stay in a hotel for my birthday celebration, and this is the first time ever I don't receive anything from the hotel, even though I emailed the hotel to let them know I will stay for birthday celebration with my family, so they are aware of it. Usually other hotels will try to do something for their birthday guest, like a small cake or late check-out, but this hotel doesn't provide anything. I understand that this hotel is more suitable for kids with lots of kid activities, but the birthday of an adult is also special and it deserves to be treated something even just a little for the birthday guest to be happy!

I booked two rooms for my family and the staff arranged we lived closed to each other. It’s nice and awesome! Highly appreciated. The breakfast can be paid as you go with discount. That’s great!

Hotels are meant to be easy for you to access everything especially when are away from the city. They dont have water in the room for complimentary so as amenities. Well i know the hotel wants to PROTECT the environment but common what are hotels for especially those away the busy area. It gets super hard and exhausting and compare to others the hotel isnt cheap its the average hotel price in Hong Kong. I really hope this improves this.

The hotel is near to the beach . It is good for family with kids to play and swim at the beach. It is a kids friendly hotel. There are birds and reptiles for kids to take photos and learn about them. The four people room are spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoy seeing the view from the room . It is so relaxing. I like the room which has two bathrooms perfectly convenient for for people. The breakfast is variety and delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There also has theme room to choose. So we all have enjoyed the hotel stay . It is perfect for staycation. Definitely we will be back again.
