優點：就在旺角地鐵站邊上，方便。缺點：大廈電梯這兩天都處於維修狀態，衹有一個電梯運行，衹到偶數層，酒店在7樓，衹能到8樓再扛着箱子走樓梯。而且等電梯巨慢巨慢。晚上7點到店就沒人接待了，還要打電話加微信聯繫，麻煩的很。這麼悶熱的天，等電梯煎熬，等聯繫店家開門煎熬，很耽誤時間。

賓館沒有前台的，靠添加貼在門上的老闆微信上傳訂單和旅客證件辦理入住才能進賓館，如果老闆沒有及時通過微信就衹能等或撥打電話，大熱天在門外走廊等老闆通過微信等了幾分鐘後又打了電話聯繫老闆，一邊發資料給老闆辦理住宿，然而剛好有其他旅客開門進去我們就跟隨進去，然後老闆立馬致電給那位旅客説基於安全理由不能讓未辦理手續的陌生人尾隨進入，説了那位旅客一頓。如果我是那位旅客我會感到不甘，誰知道哪些人是否辦好入住的，相當於把部份安全責任讓旅客承擔了。然後衞生間有些氣味。

出行的時候看了很久的酒店，幾個小時裏挑中了這裏，沒想到沒讓我失望，房間非常乾淨並且無異味，睡覺很安靜，而且老闆有免費提供飲品之類的，香港的法律是不提供一次性牙刷和拖鞋，所以我們是自帶的，房間面積的話夠住，大行李箱也可打開，畢竟香港寸土寸金的，而且大家出來肯定以打卡景點為主，位置也很好，地鐵站出來兩分鐘左右，老闆人特別客氣，支持行李寄存。
祝老闆生意興隆，下次還會再來！

房間很小，雙床中間一條過道，箱子衹能放在床上。衞生間也小，牙具要另付費買。衞生狀況還行。隔音很差，隔壁不睡你也不能睡。儲水式熱水器，錯峯洗澡，否則會沒熱水。員工很熱情。

挺好！老闆服務周到，免費寄存行李。房間雖小，但各種設施齊全合理。還安排了三個轉換插頭，送了三罐可樂飲料。一次非常不錯的香港住宿體驗！
