It may be a bit difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel if you go to the hotel by MTR/bus. If you go by taxi, the taxi driver should know how to get there. However, once you know how to enter the hotel, it should be convenient to get there by MTR/bus. Convenient location.

An excellent hotel with beautiful decor and very good, friendly and helpful staff service.
In a nice location close to the east coastal park and around 5 minutes walk from the metro.

Apart from the gaudy decor in the style of Versailles and on a midget scale, there isn't much to recommend or complain.
Perhaps the very loud air con should also be mentioned.

Alex checked us in and did his best to ignore us. The first words he said was “sign here” after around 10 minutes of no eye contact and silence. I spoke English and he only spoke Chinese back after that.
Washroom was not clean and had mold in the grout. The first time I used the shower, soap bubbles foamed up showing that it wasn’t rinsed. The knobs had soap and water marks
The room smelled like urine at times. The smell came from the vent. We could hear everything in the room above.
The chain lock was broken.
