Overall, the location is excellent, but the facilities could use some improvement. Service was okay. First, the location: It's super convenient, just a 2-meter walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui East Station Exit L6 directly into the hotel lobby. Getting to the Star Ferry Terminal, Victoria Harbour, or the sightseeing bus is incredibly easy. In crowded Hong Kong, especially during hot weather, with family in tow, being able to return to the hotel via air-conditioned pedestrian tunnels saves a lot of time and energy wherever you go. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which significantly reduces travel stress and adds to the enjoyment of the trip! Next, the room facilities: We booked a city-view suite and were luckily upgraded to a sea-view suite. We could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour, and the view was indeed great. However, the bathroom in the suite is located in the master bedroom, which is a bit inconvenient to use. Plus, the air conditioning vent is close to the head of the master bed, which really affected sleep. Also, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Luckily, the kids didn't mind, but if it were an elder person, they might have had a very uncomfortable sleep. Finally, the service: It generally met expectations.

This is quite a good product, thank you! My kids and I really liked it. The hotel is right by Victoria Harbour, and the MTR station is downstairs. Chungking Mansions and The Peninsula Hotel are all very close. You can also take the Star Ferry out to sea, which is great!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room, so we could enjoy the ocean view with air conditioning and a cold soda. For over 2000 a night, getting such a spacious room in high-cost Hong Kong is excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find, with stunning views of Victoria Harbour from the window. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful during check-in, and they didn't even require a deposit. Housekeeping was also prompt and efficient.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the service is attentive and welcoming! Definitely recommended! It's near Harbour City, the Star Ferry Pier, and the Avenue of Stars, just across the road. It's also very close to the MTR station, making shopping and getting around extremely easy.

The room is much smaller than the ocean view suite, but the key is its convenience; the subway is right outside. However, the air conditioning in the room is too noisy.

Extremely convenient location right next to the MTR station, very close to Victoria Harbour with beautiful sea views. There are also many 'cha chaan tengs' (Hong Kong-style cafes) nearby, making dining incredibly easy!

This hotel is great in every aspect. Even after all these years, the rooms are still well-maintained and feel new. They smell lovely too. During the typhoon, there wasn't a single leak, and it's conveniently located. My only dislike was having to shower while standing in the bathtub, but I guess that's how it is. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time; it's truly value for money.
