I discovered this gem of a hotel in about a year ago and I kept coming back to Panda 🐼 Hotel since.

like a friend😍
Mr Chong actually comes out to greet me as well
with Nelson, both accompanied me to my upgraded room, unbelievable warm reception 😘

Bee with Kenneth’s department of Bell Desk/Concierge is just amazing! He just treat me both royally yet with the fitness of an old bestie👏🏻😍His staff: Raymond, Joey, Jordan & Bund take care of my daily inquiries (directions/local buses/where to eat, etc) most effectively & friendly manner👍🏻🥰
This stay was 5 nights March 21-26, 2024 but I am returning March 29-April 5 after a brief trip to China-
can’t wait as I feel, after a year of numerous stays and close to 30+nights~ the consistency of friendly service rival Four Seasons where I do stay in San Francisco near Union Square, Switzerland just last month {even Hong Kong -in the past 😕 with the best Afternoon Tea with Kenneth’s staff}.. I recommend Panda Hotel to all of American friends in need of a great value hotel in a most convenient location!

A stunning view. A very beautiful and spacious room. A lot of facilities in the area. The transport from and to the airport right next, to the hotel. Very close bus stops to go to the city center... over all an amazing place and an amazing experience!

Overall the hotel is good, the room has everything you will need with basic slippers and toothbrush, etc. the space for a twin bed was good, there is even a decent size couch in the room. The downside of it all is that the bathroom is very dated and not as clean. The toilet has stains and it doesn’t flush properly.

Very impressive customer service. Facility is a bit old but the location is pretty nice. Just 8mins walk to the nearby MTR station Tsien Wan or Tai Wo Hau. I will come again when I travel to HK again. Nice.
