Reasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.

Good condition and services
Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders
Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus,
So many Shopping centres and food centers
I lounge for simple bread and juices for breakfast.
Also 24 hours drinks and coffee is a very good offering.
Conclusions are very perfect

Luck to get high level room for better view .I love this location and easy to go anywhere. Also, you can find many location food nearby market too.

The location is so far to the mtr, need to arrive there by taxi. The hotel is old and not so clean.

Most filthy hotel. Dust and hair everywhere. Holes and patches in the bed linen with added ***** hair. Toilet only clean in front. Needed heated argument with housekeeping to get extra towel and pillow for the 3rd person in the reservation. Incredible! On a positive note, location and Bell staff were good.

This my 3rd stay here it's convient because near In shopping mall and foods but the only thìnk I don't like the toilet have but smell so disgusting

Before staying, they collected a deposit and said that they would refund it when checking out. But on the day of checking out, they did not refund the deposit and said it was for the hotel, even though the hotel fee was already paid through Trip. I did not want to waste time because I had to rush to catch a flight. I will definitely not stay here again. Very bad. 👎👎👎

Ok hotel if you want something simple better than those cheap stays. But don't expect much.
Overall is good, should improve cleaning (especially the bathroom which is old and hasn't been renovated).
Regarding sound, you can hear people in the corridor and other rooms if they speak loud (like baby crying).
You can hear the street sounds a little, but acceptable.
Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.
Photos show they bad sides, but the main room is very fine.
