Cosmo Hotel

We had a great stay overall. The service was excellent; the receptionist was very helpful (Jason) hope I remembered right, and the room was cleaned promptly upon request. A few minor things to note: It was a little difficult to find our room at first because the number wasn't on the door. We eventually realized it was on the floor by the doorstep! (Please see attached photos) 🤣 The complimentary meal vouchers were a nice touch, though they must be redeemed at the cafe across the street on Heard Street. (You need to walk like 10mins) 🫢 A word of advice for future guests: If you are traveling with senior citizens or have heavy luggage, this hotel may not be the most convenient. The walk to the bus stop on Tonnochy Road for airport transportation is about 15 minutes. Taking a taxi or Uber is a better option in that case. They do offer a scheduled shuttle bus to the Wanchai neighbourhood. The bathroom is a bit small, but this is reasonable considering the hotel's affordable price. Our room was clean, and the non-smoking policy is strictly enforced * even at the back doors * so smokers must go downstairs. While some reviews can be misleading, my experience was positive. This is a budget-friendly hotel where you get what you pay for, so it's important to manage your expectations. We were very happy with the value we received.

As a 4 stars hotel per se, its cleanliness and equipment quality in the bedroom was awful. There were obvious stains at the bottom of the curtains, the bedside reading light was broken and useless , also the hair dryer was covered in lint. I stayed at 19th floor, the city view was alright but the room wasn’t as bright as it shows in the photos. It was pretty gloomy, even the bathroom is the same. The location is not bad tho, it’s pretty close to WanChai station, Causeway Bay and the Exhibition Centre.

Hotel is okay at best. Bedrooms are old and my bedding was stained. No amenities. Check-in service was bad (rude staff) and as an overall experience, I would not recommend this hotel. You can find better in Hong Kong for this price.

Location is near a cemetery. Not much view. Hotel is like a 2-3 star hotel.

Enjoyed our stay! Easy and fast check out and comfortable hotel. Worth going back to. Great location and great helpful staff!
