We have travelled a lot for many years. This hotel is as good as it gets. From the front desk to those that clean the rooms, we could not be happier. It is not downtown but rather in Tin Shui Wai which is one hour by bus from downtown. Totally quiet at night. Our room overlooked a park. The hotel is part of a shopping mall with lots of places to eat. The breakfast buffet is very good. Totally recommend this, if we come back to Hong Kong for sure this will be our hotel.

Short and straight to the point. I am extremely livid and unimpressed by the service provided by the front desk personnel, his name is King. He was VERY rude the second I arrived, at 2 am, needing help and assistance. He was very dismissive and impolite. I asked and needed help with charging my phone as it had died and I was coming from China, the charging ports are different. He dismissed me and told me to go look outside for whatever I need.
The hotel is extremely old and because of the poor air ventilation, the rooms smell very musty. The stuff had to do pest control. It is very expensive for the kind of poor standard. It is not cleaned thoroughly, dry stains on taps and grey scales.
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is beside the mall so you can easily find restaurants and grocery nearby. The A37 bus to the airport is just across the street which is convenient but will take around 40-50min to get to the airport

The room is quite spacious but arguably relatively old. It is not really close to the city centre (almost one hour by MTR) but is quite close to the border to get to mainland China. There is a shopping mall near the place - supermarket, restaurants and convenience store inside the mall so no worries even if you need anything urgently.

Overall an acceptable level with relatively cheap price in Hong Kong. Strongly recommend the Kingswood Richly Plaza, there are nice food and cheap goods.

Hotel location is good and close to Light rail station and the room is big enough for more than 2 peoples. Hotel room is tidy but the bed sheet can have room for improvement
Bath room towel , some is good but the other not so clean
