The location is excellent—right next to a mall, a bus station, and surrounded by several other shopping centers. You can easily walk between them via connecting bridges, so you don’t have to worry about sun or rain! The MTR station is also nearby, and you can reach it by walking through the malls, which leads you directly to the station. There’s even a park close by, adding to the convenience.
The staff are very professional and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, with furniture that looked almost new, and the bathroom was spotless. I was extremely happy with my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Hong Kong.
Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

The room is nice, can accommodate 3 people in one big room. Excellent view of the city and harbor. Accessible to a lot of malls, restaurants, market, and the MTR. Staff are responsive to any concerns. Highly recommended for a four star hotel.

Beautiful view from the 43rd floor. The rooms were nice and clean. Convenient as it is located next to the tsuen wan west train station that took us to Disneyland. Makes it very convenient to not need a taxi at all as you can get to many places quite cheap using hong kong metro.

This is not a true 5 star hotel, but the pool and view is good (they don’t give you bathing ropes).
The original room we got was dirty. Floor is with ash, theres a crystal building up from liquids dropping from ceiling, theres bathtub has leakage. Thankfully we requested a new room and the apparent problems are gone, but still I feel like a lot of the rooms are not used often and they can do a better job at maintenance. The front desk at 41F is also noticeably annoyed when I requested for a new room, service is short of 5 star.
Breakfast was really mediocre, no omelette station, food was just average.
The view was very good though, thats the only thing that feels 5 star.

Located near several large shopping malls, this place offers excellent convenience for dining and shopping. Rooms on the higher floors also provide stunning panoramic views.
