This hotel is located within the airport, which was amazing. There are signs that are highlighted in red that direct you to the location of the hotel. After a long day, decompressing in the cushy beds was a relief and very brought a lot of comfort. My favorite part of the hotel was the fast and efficient check in process. Even with an estimated 50 people in line in front of me on a super busy holiday weekend, the staff was polite, swift, and professional. Kudos!

I request for a double bed and high floor, finally I just can got two single beds and lower floor.

Great hotel if you have a layover in Hong Kong. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but it's okay for just one night. The location is great, as there is no need to leave the airport or take a shuttle. The hotel is withing walking distance. It is a bit pricey though since there is nothing special to it. The bathtub needs to be fixed. The water doesn't drain properly.

Pros: 5 min walk from departures and restaurants, and the staff was helpful. Cons: 1980s style decor, refrigerator didn't work, remote didn't work, shower had half a door, the toilet lid could hurt you if you closed it too without holding it, and none of the coffee shops opened until 830am ir later.

The hotel is marvellous,very clean,hygienic and a posh hotel,staff are friendly with the guests and they are very polite to us.It’s a nice place to stay and walking distance to the airport and it’s a good value for the money,highly recommended this hotel and we guaranteed to come back.🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Stayed here a night before an early morning flight. Arrived by taxi and staff was able to assist us for moving 5 big luggage to the room after check in. The check in was very smooth and gave me clear instructions to the room. The baggage handling staff, Simon Shum, was super helpful by sending the luggage to the room timely, moving them to the room one by one carefully and place them all in an appropriate place in the room. Excellent!
Dinner at The China Coast and the experience was fantastic when compared with the service before COVID. The 2 servers were very attentive and handled our order in the best manner . The manager explained the “regal club” benefits and make sure we could enjoy it during our stay. Well done.
