The location is very good. Very conveniently located near west Kowloon train station and near Tim Sha Tsui and Jordon. Plenty of food choices nearby till midnight. The club room with harbour view was really good when i managed to see the National Day fireworks. The size of the room is considered good enough in HK context. No bottled water provided in room, We bought loads of drinking water from Shenzhen so no issue. But the Wellcome supermarket opposite is good enough for snacks and drinks.

The hotel location is very convenient and near Jordon MTR station. Easy access to shopping along Nathan Road and Temple Street night market. It has a big hotel lobby and restaurants on UG floor.
However, the check-in staff is not friendly or helpful.

It was my second time at this hotel and I had a very good experience. The hotel's location is great, the room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

We booked a standard twin bed room for myself and my two daughters. The room is small, which is normal for Hong Kong hotel. FYI, bring three prong adapters, as the hotel does not lend adapters to guest (although they do sell it)
Hotel has
-WiFi, mini fridge, hair dryer
Shampoo (no conditioner), body wash
Toothbrush and toothpaste paste, cotton pad qtip , slippers etc
What I liked about it:
-Close to metro west Kowloon station and train station. I arrived by metro train and the walk was about 10 min. The Austin train station is just few blocks from the hotel.
-There are taxi lines up outside of hotel
Less than a block- we found restaurant for breakfast, a supermarket.
20 min driving distance from Disney land

The hotel is at an excellent location close to the MTR
Jordan, Austin station. From here you can get to anywhere in Hong Kong. The hotel itself is very clean and the room is just big enough for luggage and walking around, it was excellent!

Great location with a taxi station right in front of the hotel. This is our second stay here, and the room we were assigned is fantastic.

Love this hotel.near two different mtr stations.most important so many buses nearby too.There is a laundry self service so easy for guests to down own laundry. Room is spacious and lift lobby is great too.
