I regretted not booking my entire stay in Hong Kong at this hotel, we absolutely loved and enjoyed the one night we were able to stay. The location is great, the rooms are beautiful, and we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage for the whole day since we arrived early.
We’ll definitely come back!

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect—conveniently situated near landmarks, restaurants, or transportation esp for China Mainland which made getting around super easy and enjoyable.
The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the amenities met our expectations. However, we did have one unfortunate experience: the water in the shower was brown one evening, which was disappointing and a bit concerning. It seemed like an isolated incident, but it did affect our overall impression.
Despite that, we still think this is a good hotel and would consider staying again, especially because of its excellent location and value.

The hotel is easy to find and the location is very good. It was easy to get to it from the West Kowloon Railway Station, and it was easy to explore Victoria Harbour.

Room size is quite big for Hong Kong area. Awesome lobby. Really good service. A recommended place for tourist since it is near to tourists area and public transport (High Speed Railway Kowloon to go to Mainland, Austin metro subway for going to north or East Tsim Sha Tsui, Jordan metro subway to go to Victoria Peak and most of city prime areas)
Very limited amenities given, only bath soap, shampoo, towel, and hair dryer. No mineral water or drinks given, you have to buy it on the vending machine outside your room in the same floor.
