Great Location, Helpful Staff, and Nearby Halal Food
The hotel is just a 7–10 minute walk to the Hong Kong Convention Centre—perfect for business travelers. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door and a halal restaurant within walking distance, which was very convenient. Airport bus stop and Taxi stands are right in front of the hotel, and the concierge staff speak English and were very helpful throughout our stay. A smooth, comfortable experience in a prime location.

The room is on the smaller size - a little be hard to move around if you have a few luggages.
Location is great to all transportation (MTR, buses and trams). Eateries are only a short walk away and close to shops and Causeway Bay.

We stayed just for one night. The hotel was a simple walk from exit A1 of Wan Chai MTR station. Our room was on the third floor but nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet was large and fresh. Check in was smooth, and all staff were friendly. There is a 7-11 and Pacific Coffee across the road to the north, and plenty of local and Asian eateries within a ten minute walk

Always stay at Novotel as it is convenient to us with MTR, plenty of eateries and shopping around Wanchai.

Great location, nice large air conditioned lobby with helpful staff. Rooms not as small as some in Hong Kong and well equipped, although a shower cubicle would be more useful than a bath with a shower over for me. The pool was a lovely place to retreat from the heat.

This is a very basic hotel in a great location. It is very affordable and nice for a couple nights on HK. It is not glamorous but is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a hit tight but again, a very affordable option. The bar is lovely with nice live lounge music and a good happy hour. The staff in the café were very accommodating and kind.

Four day stop over on way home to New Zealand. First time in Hong Kong. Hotel was clean and had a great pool and a good gym. Service of staff was polite and helpful and the location to the ferry and train was close. Enjoyed my time.

Great location and always a great stay. A few unexpected changes to services, but to be expected. All round a very good experience and great service. Location is convenient with many local eateries around and great shopping location.
