The hotel is located in a prime location. Easy to go around. Room cuts are also big making it enough space to move around.

The hotel is amazing, the roof top pool is a delight. The staff is very polite and friendly. The breakfast is worth the price with a range food from different cuisine. The location is very strategic, close to the Times Square and surrounded by all types of public transportation.

7 min walk from MTR manageable with luggage. Very close proximity to Times Square, shopping district and the mosque canteen. Close to halal food. Swimming pool was closed for party when the kids wanted to swim. Bathtub was huge and nice. We went to Baybo at Causeway Place nearby to play claw machine.

Less than 5 minutes walk from Times Square and 10 minutes from Sogo, it is easy to travel around. Bedding was clean and amenities were good. Water dispenser in the room is extremely convenient.

Best choice in Casueway Bay in my opinion. Rooms are bigger than almost all hotels in the area, services is amazing. The resturants are great, and the location is central and within walking distance to everything including Times Square, Lee Garden, Sogo, and Race Course. There's hardly anything to complain about.
