Great location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Rooms are a decent size. Cleaning done daily. The pool is currently closed. Front desk are helpful, peaceful stay.

Very excellent hotel. Convenient place and easy to walk around anywhere. Also has very friendly staff. Maggie and Terry were so so so helpful and made my Hong Kong experience wonderful. 10/10 would recommend!

This hotel is close to everything, from the airport station to Kowloon's beautiful riverside. The staff was neutral, not really friendly, but staying for a layover this was a really good choice. I could walk around, experience a lot from Hong Kong's nightlife, yet did not have to worry about catching my next flight. Also even though the room was old-fashioned, I did not questioned the cleanliness, they are well-maintained.

Very good and greatest customer service in front desk, staff Maggie Ng and Alice and anyone wonderful kindly service .
Also the room service in 15th and 18th floor two persons were very nice and clean the room well clean great staff.
In the future if I am going to Hong Kong again I will be booking
That hotel again.
Good location and clean rooms.
