Location is very convenient, room is ok for the price but the service was not up to par. Nobody can be found at the lobby. I waited for 15 mins. It’s hard to get help.

I booked 4/21 to 4/22but your system errors 4/21 to 4/21. Therefore, empire hotel didn’t honor this booking when I checked in. I have to pay the entire fee. I request for my refund. Please check out your system errors. Enclosed please find attached documents.

We stay 2 nights last 2 weeks, great location, friendly staff, few convenience stores at the door step, walking distance to MRT. Lucky to received free upgrade Room, definitely highly recommended

The location is excellent. The check-in and check-out processes are easy and quick. The only area that could be improved is the “sound proof” that sometime could hear the loud conversation from the hall outside the room.

Stayed here during the rugby 7s tournament. About a 25 minute to the stadium so ideal for that. Located near many bars and restaurants and also about a 25 minute walk to central station area. Offered everything that was needed and reception staff were friendly. Pictures are the view from my room

The hotel's location is great and the staff is very friendly. Room is nice and very clean. Only negative point is that the wifi didn't work at all.

The hotel room was not as clean as it should be. The guest service desk was never open but the front desk staff were helpful. The pool and gym were closed for maintenance. I loved the Wan Chai location with incredible transit.

My mom and sister always check in in this hotel because the staff is hospitable and also the hotel feels luxury.

Clean room and close to nearby mtr, very convenient close to banks, pub and eastern and western restaurants.

Nice location for entertainment and food. Easy access to the exhibitions centre and MTR station. Good price & reasonable size room for two and would like to recommend to others.

The hotel is in good location. Convenient stores are nearby and not too far from bus stop & subways. The room is ckean but we’re not sure if refrigerator in our working or not.

Very satisfied to this hotel, but the swimming pool always not available

Overall the experience was not bad. The location is very central so it’s easy to commute and go around! I just wish the facilities could be newer but with the price I got it for, it’s really a steal. I could recommend this to others.
