I would probably rate it a 3.7 not yet a 4 star.
This is an old hotel, but we booked one of the newly renovated suites so it was nicer and better amenities. However the building is still old so sound barrier was not great.
The suites are located on the 21st floor, but there are no elevators. You will have to take the elevator to the 20th floor then climb a flight of stairs to the 21st.
I didn’t mind it, but consider this to be a minus.
The cleaning staff was nice that they asked if the rooms need cleaning every day and were efficient.
The rooms were not that clean since we found a few pieces of hair in the bathroom and on the carpet.
It also gets really noisy in the day time because the hotel is still under construction on some floors due to the renovation.
Overall it is a good price for the size of the new rooms.
Most importantly is the location is great because you can get to most places by foot. The mtr station is only a few minutes away. There are also plenty of famous eats around here.

Booked a one large and one single bed, newly renovated city view room (I stayed on the 20th floor). The room was super clean and the location is amazingly convenient. There were multiple 7elevens nearby. Close to many amazing restaurants and close to banks. Close to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui (exit B2) right off of Nathan Rd. Super convenient with taking the airport bus (A21) and or walking distance to Harbour City and access high speed rail into China. Room is super quiet and on top of that, it came with 3 cans of soda for free!

I don’t mind dated hotels but it’s not only dated, it’s unclean! Isn’t mold a hazard? They’re renovating the upper floors but the standards for the rest is unbelievable. I don’t see how this is a four star hotel. Amenities are below bare minimum. Coffee is in small paper packs that look like sugar packets.
No outlets by the bed to charge it your phone! One is at the corner of the wall at the end of one bed and the other is by the ground below the window area! Had to charge in the washroom! Soap stains on the shower knobs, rust on the shower ceiling, the shower head is broken with water spraying out of the side and when you try to turn it, the water goes everywhere!! See photos below. Avoid and just book luxe across the street.

The location is good for shoppers and foodies because there are multiple pharmacies, Gu/Uniqlo & DONKI shops on one area.
Lots of eateries from local roasted, jap, cafes and bubble tea stalls.

They didnt give us a water, if the rules cannot be use plastic bottle, they should prepare the diapenser for the guest, but they did not. Overall thats a good hotel and good location too.

This is my nth time booking this hotel as it is near all types of transportation and restaurants ....looking forward authentic food is very easy in this area....having meetings within HK and Shenzhen China is a breeze of ease...Will always come back here....only downside is that there's no bidet....all other essentials in the room A okay....bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste though.

Came back to stay at Kimberly hotel after a few years when i heard they renovated. They given us an old room. The ceiling look mouldy. I ask the counter was my room a renovated he give me before i check in. He say no and i have to pay for upgrade. Can’t deny the location is good but will not come back.

It has a great location there are so many shops beside it it’s too busy area
Room size is good not to big & not too small
The thing that is not like there are so many small Flying insects inside the rooms which really make me feel bad i think they are coming from the bathroom

Great hotel with affordable price.
I travel 2 people and the hotel provide me the twin room haha. Its no problem because we are old couple haha.
Its just a mirror remind to young couple lol.
The room was extremely clean. But there is no amenities at all. You have to self-supply even water (similar to some of taiwan hotel).
In general, its great at that price.
I have my own running around Victoria harbour every morning, thats great!!!!
