## Facilities 1. As an established five-star hotel, I was pleased to find that the shower wasn't the kind where you have to stand in a bathtub, which I often encountered during previous stays in Hong Kong. 2. The bathroom has a direct drinking water tap, and the water tastes good, so I could easily refill my mineral water bottles. 3. There's a luggage rack in the room, which saves you from bending over to access your suitcase. 4. Hooks on both sides of the bathroom door are very convenient, and the toilet is a smart bidet model. ## Cleanliness The room was spotless and tidy, very satisfied. ## Environment 1. The location is excellent, near the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR Exit P2 and close to the Shangri-La Hotel. I feel this hotel offers better value for money. From my room, 719, I could look down and see the dining area on the 3rd floor, which was quite interesting and cleverly designed. 2. It's also close to the Hong Kong Museum of History, Hong Kong Science Museum, and Victoria Harbour. ## Service The service was excellent. The doorman promptly opened the door, the front desk attendant spoke fluent Mandarin, the concierge was enthusiastic, and the ladies maintaining the restrooms in the 3rd-floor common area were all very kind. ## Overall This was a very satisfying stay, without a single flaw. I will definitely choose The Royal Garden Hotel again on my next visit to Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

This hotel feels second only to the Grand Hyatt, and I particularly appreciate the service, outdoor pool, and restaurants. It's rare to see such consistent quality maintained over so many years. The staff at every post were incredibly polite and always eager to help. It's tough to find a city hotel with an outdoor pool, let alone one that's kept so refined and clean. The diverse restaurants cater to all guest needs, especially the Italian restaurant, which has been operating for over 40 years – definitely worth a try if you get the chance. Although it was my first stay, I was truly delighted.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. This time I came from the Royal Plaza Hotel, and the comparison made me realize the rooms at The Royal Garden are a bit small. Everything else was fine, and there haven't been many changes over the past few years.

The location is great, just across the street from Victoria Harbour. There are actually many hotels in this area. From the airport, I took the A21 bus and it was about a 5-minute walk to the hotel after getting off. Just note that the main entrance of the hotel isn't where the bakery is; it's on a smaller, less obvious street. The room had a small view of Victoria Harbour from the window. The room size was adequate. The facilities aren't brand new, but they are still quite functional, for example, there's a universal adapter and USB charging cables. During the summer holiday, the price was fairly reasonable, just over 1000 [currency unit] when I booked it. However, when I checked again on the same day, there were rooms for just over 800. If it were at that price, it would be really good value for money. It's not far from the Avenue of Stars or the Star Ferry Pier, and there are plenty of dining options nearby as well.

Great location, and the soundproofing is excellent. They provide drinking water and a universal adapter, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!

The location is super convenient, just across the street from Victoria Harbour's Avenue of Stars. The room is spacious and feels very secure. It's a short walk to Harbour City and the Star Ferry, which you can take to Central to ride the Ferris Wheel or go to Victoria Peak for a panoramic view of Hong Kong.

The hotel is super close to Victoria Harbour, Avenue of Stars, Harbour City, and K11. The hotel environment is also great, and the room service is excellent. The outdoor pool is a big plus too, and you can even see Wan Chai from the pool!

This is my third stay here within half a year, and everything is excellent, especially the location. It's only about a 5-minute walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Victoria Harbour and K11 are also just a short walk away. The front desk staff are efficient and friendly, and the concierge and room service staff are all very polite. The rooms aren't brand new, but they are clean and tidy, and they even provide universal power adapters. Overall, it's a good value-for-money 5-star hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.
