The place is modern well designed and comfy. But the amenities are not from classy brands. The staff member also forgets you right in two minutes after talking with you.

Silveri offers a stunning, unblocked sea view and beautifully designed rooms that maximize space, creating a serene and zen-like atmosphere. The service is exceptional, with warm and welcoming front desk staff who always make you feel at home, along with friendly and attentive housekeepers. The buffet breakfast is a highlight, featuring organic, wholesome, and delicious dishes that prioritize health and quality. I absolutely loved it! I’m already looking forward to my next stay, where I hope to experience the jacuzzi room.

The hotel is new but the facilities and amenities made us very frustrated. Liquid toothpaste was given but they were difficult to tear open and honestly wasted more than a normal toothpaste tube. The toilet was supposed to be new and japan style but it wouldn't flush despite multiple flushing attempts. The carton of water tasted plastic and staff wasn't responsive- cannot contact reception and whatsapp them on your so called room manager. Doesnt worth the price and would prefer living nearer to the city.

Hotel is just next to the Citygate Outlet which is very convenient. Hotel do provide shuttle bus to Hk airport and pick up from Hk airport too.

Best stay ever!
The front desk, concierge, bellboys - great service!
The hotel is linked to Citygate Mall (very convenient for Outlet shopping) & NgongPing 360 cable car station + TungChung MTR! Takes a while to get to the city but trust me, it’s all really convenient.
The free shuttle service is also punctual, the driver is polite and helps to unload luggages.
I’ve honestly had such a good stay!
