Very convenient location. Public vehicles are only a couple of streets away. Front Desk staff friendly and quick check-in. Housekeeping staff attended to our request without delay. Will definitely book this hotel on our next trip.

Silka Seaview hotel provided us with what we needed for a cheap stay to explore Hong Kong. The hotel was about 5 minutes from the metro station was meant we could get around Hong Kong easily. The hotel was basic and a bit dated but clean and was fine for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful on reception and I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget.

The room is rather small,some 10 sq m, as stated. Facility is rather old. I live in room 1508 where the drainage of the face washing basin is terrible,even after the repairing of your staff.It sounds the "air purifier" is useless.and can be taken away.Moreover, the control of the air conditioner seems not working,the room is rather cold.

Staffs all round are absolutely amazing ,friendly and helpful, if you have problems they helped you instantly and everything you asked for they'll get it to you in minutes, such as, the room a bit cold for me so I asked for a heater,extra blanket and extra coffee.

Silka hotel: On of the oldest I guess hotels around Yau MA Tei.. Good and accessible to foods courts and transport, also near the tourist spots where you can take beautiful pictures with a friend. The hotel is undergoing some renovation so a lot of floors is not in used. The air conditioning in our room is not properly working need to call the hotel maintenance to get it fix but still not satisfying. Overall is OK,its still a nice place to stay overnight.

I usually stay here when I am in Hong Kong! Great location great staff but the hotel can use an update the things are getting old. Overall nice place to stay
