Regal Hongkong Hotel

An older five-star hotel with a good location. The front desk was quite good, and check-in was quick. The room felt a bit dated with a lot of mirrors, which I personally found a bit uncomfortable for a guest (bad feng shui, perhaps). It's conveniently located for getting around, the service was decent, and it was clean.

The hotel's location is excellent and the room facilities are complete. However, the front desk staff's attitude and professionalism were not up to par, possibly due to the large tour groups they were handling. Overall, it was an acceptable stay.

I booked this place because of its great location and convenient transportation, but the cleanliness was really sloppy. I grabbed a small towel to put under my bag and found a hair when I opened it. When my son was taking a shower, I got him a bath towel. Remembering the hair on the small towel, I opened the bath towel and found another hair inside. When I turned off the lights to sleep, I discovered the porch light switch was broken and wouldn't turn off, so I had to unplug it to cut the power. I hope the hotel strengthens its management. With such a good location, the facilities and hygiene should be much better.

The room was better than expected. Although the building is a bit old, it was relatively clean and well-arranged with a cozy carpet. My only suggestion is that if check-in is at 3 PM, it would be great to have vacant rooms cleaned earlier so guests don't have to wait. Thanks!

Traveling solo, the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to an executive room for free. The room was incredibly spacious and very clean. The hotel's location is also super central, making it really convenient for shopping and dining in Causeway Bay.

The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded me to an executive floor room with a sea view! Breakfast was just so-so, but it's great value for money and super convenient, only a 2-minute walk to Sogo.

The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The A11 airport bus goes directly to and from the airport. The front desk staff are efficient and quick to address guests' needs. I stayed for 4 nights, and the hotel's breakfast buffet was pretty much the same every day. I'd suggest varying the options a bit daily! The hotel is a bit older, so the facilities are slightly dated, but the room was spacious enough for 2-3 suitcases, which is a rare find in crowded Hong Kong. Definitely recommended!
