I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hot el is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of the are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

Quite accessible to MTR within minutes of walking. Clean hotel with well furnished toiletries. Recommended to stay.

The room given is terrible old and torn… request to change it but was say is fully booked…And staff is rude as well… The price to pay for it is not worth at all…room photo shown is different as given us…Disappointed…And the pot for boiling water is so dirty…🤦♂️

The check-in process is painstakingly slow. The reception staff was not very helpful. One of the lift to guest rooms was not working. It was mentioned that the room size is 27sqm, but the room seemed much smaller. The bathtub got clogged after shower, and it took 30 minutes to get someone to attend the problem. Hope they can restore the hotel to its former glory.
