Had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the room is clean and spacious. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful whenever i have enquiries. Will be back again:)

Excellent clean for the whole room with nice setting in the room, bath tub is really good for relaxing

I booked this hotel for my brother and sis-in-law's anniversary. Left a message to the hotel for a special deco but there was nothing arranged, neither was there any greeting toys for my 5 year old niece. We were charged a premium price due to the upcoming public holiday but there was no premium service provided at all. It was just a standard "doing a job" kind of experience for us. Rather disappointing given the service standard.

We've been staying here for years for an occasional treat. The staff are really helpful. The room was great as usual and the location, attached to a massive shopping centre was awesome. If I had one complaint, it would be that the hot water was not hot enough for me. I like a hot bath to soak in and lying in a lukewarm bath wasn't great. Other than that it was fine. We'll definitely go there again.

Room is decent with a spacious bathroom that has both shower and bathtub. Free drinks are provided in the mini fridge. Our room has city view and is easy to get around.

Much better than previous stay in terms of staff courtesy and cleanliness . Lifts are too slow - otherwise all ok.

Good location that just next to Metro and a big shopping mall. Nice and helpful hotel staff.

Good but little far from centre

Fantastic hotel. I know it as I used to live in the area but first time I have stayed here. The area is a little out of the main area if you are a tourist however it is above the mtr which makes it very quick to get to the island. The room was wonderful. My only complaint is I wish they had family rooms so I can come back with my children.

Shower room clogged when using rain showers, Drapes and sheer curtain missing hork .lt cannot block the light come in .Hot water at bath tub is not hot enough,A/C is not cool enough even turn to 18’Cg.

Good location and convenience public transport. Will recommend to all visitor.

Nicely located at one of the far but also nearby districts in NT. The metro takes you directly to a mall that connects to the hotel. For a transit stay, the Crown Plaza is an ideal place which has decent room size and provides all the convenience for tourists. Comparing with most hotels in HK, this place is quite competitive price wise.

The location of the hotel is good. There is a number new shopping malls in nearby and it is convenient to travel from hotel to most of the transportation hubs in town. Good choice.
