This was my second time staying at this hotel. I came here for a short business trip for three days and I couldn’t think of a better hotel to spend my time. The service is pretty good. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay.

This is a nice hotel with comfortable bed. The room come with 2 pillows and I requested another 2🥰 the hotel is surrounded by eatery and just less than 10 minutes walk to metro station and a huge mall.

The weather was bad, with a Red Rainstorm Warning Signal in effect. We hoped to reschedule our plans, but both the platform and the hotel referred us back to each other and did not assist us with canceling or modifying the booking. As a result, we were unable to go, and the booking ended up being wasted, which was quite disappointing.

The hotel is fairly standard—clean, simple, and equipped with all the basic amenities you’d expect. It doesn’t stand out, but it’s comfortable enough for a short stay. The location, however, is a bit far from major attractions, so factor in some extra time for getting around the city.

I have stayed for several years at Dorset but this time I couldn't sleep on the bed as it felt like a water bed. Any person that moves shakes the whole bed. The air filter needed a filter replacement as it flashed a red filter sign when switched on. The room was quite different from the usual as it didn't have a sitting couch.

Convinient location TK Kwun Tong MTR, bus terminals & food. Everything is within 10 minutes walk. Swimming pool looks nice & deep, however was not opened. If you want a dipake sure to ask if the pool is open.

Everything feels alright, nice, cozy clean place.
Water pressure is good, shower feels nice.
No toothbrusg or razors, but cant blame the hotel, its the law or whatever.
