This stay over was only for a few hours between a flight and a train. The hotel isn't far from the train station which made it very convenient. Additionally, it is near many bars and restaurants that were open really late and we were able to get a meal at 1am after many hours of flying. There are also 7 elevens nearby, foot massage places and an ATM which is extremely important if you're needing to take a cab. The manager was kind enough to help call us a cab in the morning and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. I will certainly be back the next time I'm in the area.

Generally a nice hotel, the area is great, room was decent sized. I think some of the staff could have been a bit more welcoming/kind. Room cards were finicky and often didn't work. I'd return though :)
Didn't see the restaurant open, and no breakfast options, also couldn't find a room service menu.

We stayed here on NYE for 1 night to watch the fireworks. The hotel felt very new and clean. The room was larger than expected and we had a nice big window. The location was great for us. You do need to climb some steep steps as it’s quite hilly but this wasn’t a problem for us. Plenty of food and bar options nearby.

Location is perfect , the building is on the hill so just a bit difficult for the luggage off and on from the taxi and the room size is ok also the renovation quite new and tidy

The entire stay was great, no hiccup or any problems, room service was fast and efficient, will stay here again the next time I visit, the only slight minor downside is the hill, but it isn’t a big deal, just a few steps

Wonderful service from concierge to Hoise keeping ,.!Stayed at Sheraton numerous times. Special thanks to check in officer and Sheraton Club staff - Me Leung and Eleven for their attentiveness and service. Comment :- Time for a periodic renovation and changing the room carpets which are getting dirtier.

Our two clients are frequent guests who have been choosing the same hotel for years. However, they commented that the hotel rate at HK$1693.45/room which have been booked at least 1 month before check-in. By comparison to the other reservation apps like *********** or agoda.com, the rate booked with Trip.com is comparatively higher.
Pls take a response to our review and see a refund or discount from the hotel rate paid for this booking. Thanks!

This was a beautiful hotel, the rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the bathroom was clean and stylish. I would stay here again. The location was also great, you could walk to a lot of attractions.

We have stayed in for 3 nights, exceptional and highly recommended, located strategically with easy access to the eateries, shopping and etc. The room is clean with all the necessities. Our 2nd time staying in this hotel.
A very comfortable bed and pillow ,feels like my bed at home . Cozy and clean room . A supermarket right down the street , very safe and convenient.
It would definitely be my choice of hotel if I happened to visit Hong Kong again.

Overall, it's a very good, clean, and convenient hotel. Only one little suggestion for improvement is to replace the current tiny safe so that guest can store laptop instead of just iPad.

Very newly furnished and comfortable. Location was right on the doorstep of Knutsford terrace a major bar street in TST. Wide variety of restaurants and close to shopping area. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and is one of the best reasonably priced hotel in the area.

Location at up mountain hill hard to call taxi need to walk so high with your luggage but room is very clean and service is ok
