Excellent location. Airport bus and Mtr close by. Next to shopping mall. The reception guy was exceptional even though was a busy day. Room is enormous compared to other hotels.

Nice hotel that's clean and convenient to Honghom station. Has courtesy bus every 30 min into town.
Service friendly but at 3pm reception is really overloaded with people trying to check-in. This was most annoying having to wait in a que for a time. Otherwise a nice stay in HK.

Is a very old hotel. Drainage got issued, water flowed very slowly, so we got a room upgrade. The lights in the room are dim and the power point is limited. Other than the location is good, will not go back again.

Used to live next door and love this location which is very well connected. The hotel is already somewhat old but remains some old charm. No water is provided (recyclable glass bottles would be an option). The pool was under maintenance for 3 months which was a bit of a pity. Whenever it has a good rate, it’s a great option in HK.

Second time staying here and I enjoyed it both times. Fantastic service from the staff and nice facilities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna). Room is a decent size for Hong Kong and is designed with the customer in mind. Would come back again!
