This location is located at a strategic location. Many eateries and shopping mall nearby, close to Nathan Street and about 20 minutes walk to the harbour.

The hotel is quite strategically located.
It is less than 8mins walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR (do not get confuse with Tsim Sha Tsui MTR) although it’s about 10mins walk apart from both MTR.
Overall location I would say it’s ideal.
There’s some comments on the services.
Firstly the front desk with a manager title greeted us with some fake English accent 🤣 which surprise me. It will be more pleasant if he speaks normally.
Secondly, 8 out of 10 hotels would be able to accommodate early checks for hotel guest but this hotel stand firm on 3pm check in, which I’m certainly fine because it written there. But one would argue that there’s a lack of courtesy.
One thing that deserved my praise is the staff who handles the luggage, he serve with great manner and command better courtesy than the front desk.
Amenities expectation.
Don’t expect much. Hearsay that in HongKong even breathing the air cost money (exaggerated) but toothbrush, toothpaste and even Bottle of Water cost money for this hotel. No complimentary bottle of water.
Conclusion
If one do not intend to stay in the hotel all day and enjoy the facilities, just wishing to get some sleep and prepare for another city walk in HongKong, this hotel is somewhat ideal.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Elevator said it could fit 9 people but reality it should be 9 kids. If there was one family of 4 with luggage there was no way it would fit others. The bathrooms were in bad conditions, the sink was not draining, shower head doesn't stay up, tub and floor looks damaged. And if you were in certain rooms the toilet was right behind the door. Said this is 4 stars, give only 1 star is too hight

Hello...today 16/8 13.00 pm when I am booked Rm702 for my last room .after 1 hour plus drop to rm597plus ....Hong Kong oldest hotel price why charge so high? Normal day rm300 plus plus ......only if you all want to Hong Kong travelling please 🙏 dun book this hotel because oldest hotel and the most expensive one is worthless.......please dun believe Best Western Hotel advertisement ...I am Diamond member from trip com really cannot believe why this old hotel mark up so high actually this hotel not valuable enough please please dun book this hotel because oldest and expensive also dishonest management team for price control ...if you all don't believe me please check yourself Best Western Hotel advertisement and pricing ...3 stars Hotel why charge for so high price?? I would never recommend this hotel. It's shocking that it has a 4-star rating, and I urge Trip to reconsider their partnership with this place. I booked a 4-night stay but left early without a refund due to the filthy room and rude staff behavior. The 12th-floor hallway reeked of mould, smoke and dirt, with old, stained carpet that made rolling a suitcase difficult. The room felt equally unclean and dusty, with damp dark stains on the carpet. Despite being a non-smoking room, the walls, ceiling, carpet and curtains reeked of smoke. The bathroom also had foul odors, a toilet that nearly overflowed, a grimy mirror and slow drains. When I approached the front desk, I was told they could only help with check-ins or check-outs. Their customer service was terrible, as evidenced by the manager refusing to refund any part of my stay, even with a Trip Advisor also negotiating the partially refundable stay on my behalf.
