The hotel location, staffs and the manager Ms. Denise is really awesome.
Rooms is spacious for families to stay in the city center of hongkong!

Great place to stay
A great deal.Nice staff they are really nice especially the staff Derek Howard Kelvin are really helpful. Clean room, excellent location. I will come back next time and also gonna share to my friend and recommended

The room was not clean. Housekeeping only collected the trash, changed the towels, and made the bed, but they did not mop the floor. There was a lot of dust on the floor. The air conditioner was leaking. I informed the reception staff and asked someone to fix it, but nothing was done. The worst part was that there were bedbugs on the mattress. I got bitten and developed red, swollen bumps.

I like the location of the property and the cleanliness of my room. The quietness of the room is average. The free WiFi was not informed to me at the arrival, when I queried about it, the staff was very impatient and the body language is very not friendly 😑
What I dislike the most is the hospitality level and customer service of the staff. The staff's facial expression, body language and gesture were not pleasant to deal with. As people who work in hospitality, they are very not hospitable ..

The room we stayed is not good. Room full of disinfectant smell like hospital maybe even worse. Even the walls around also have unpleasant smell like living in Walled city(城寨)．Sorry no room photo to upload. I don’t want to remind again.
