Harbour Grand Hong Kong

The room was quite spacious. We were upgraded to a connecting room since we had three children with us. It's about 300 meters from the subway, close to AIA and the seaside. However, the room doesn't come with complimentary bottled water or toiletries.

The room was great! Absolutely excellent value for money, especially the restaurant on the top floor. However, there was a male staff member at the front desk whose service was mediocre! I had booked a Deluxe Seaview room on floors 26-32, and I even received an email from the hotel's sales team confirming the floor range for this room type. Yet, during check-in, this staff member deliberately assigned me a low-floor room on the 10th floor. If I hadn't known this beforehand, or hadn't shown him the email, I would have ended up on the 10th floor. For a seaview hotel like this, the floor level is precisely what we pay for. I don't want to turn this into a Hong Kong vs. Mainland China issue! This is also my first formal review on Ctrip, and I hope the hotel management pays attention: uphold professional hotel service and properly manage your on-site staff. After all, mainland China is a crucial market for you. Don't be short-sighted.

This is our second or third holiday stay, and unfortunately, it always rained before. This time, with no rain, we could finally enjoy the pool facilities – fantastic! Everything, from the staff to the lifeguards and the facilities themselves, was excellent. If I had to nitpick, perhaps a few more sun umbrellas could be arranged for guests to choose from. 👍 Check-in was busy, as is characteristic of this hotel, but thankfully, staff member Thomas managed to get us the room we wanted. The room had everything we needed, especially the shower and bathtub, which were exactly to our liking. Thank you! 🙏 Learning that hotel guests get 20% off the all-you-can-eat dim sum, we definitely gave it a try. The staff were incredibly polite; even though everyone was busy, they still remembered to pour tea and clear dishes. 👍👍 The food was generally above average, with our favorites being the steamed spare ribs and fried taro puffs – absolute must-orders! 👍 If we were to dine here again, 60% would be for the excellent service from the dining staff, and 40% for the food. If you're lucky enough to get a window seat (like we did this time), it makes the experience even more worthwhile. The night view combined with the drone show, a comfortable environment, and polite service, all for less than 700 yuan for two people – truly exceptional value. Also, after checking out, my queen realized she had left some clothes in the room. We called the hotel, and luckily, they found them. A big thank you to the relevant hotel staff. We stayed in room 822 this time.

The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the service is warm and attentive, with excellent cleanliness. The hotel is high-end and boasts a prime location. The Shanghai Penthouse offers the best views of Victoria Harbour, and transportation in the surrounding area is convenient and efficient.

The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. There are also plenty of great restaurants near the hotel. The bathtub was huge, and my son had a fantastic time playing in it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommend booking!
