The mountain room view was breath-taking. Spacious room, excellent service from all staff and dinner at Ming Pavilion was great. They could accommodate to vegetarians and the dragon pearl tea was fragrant.

One of the few hotels that allows accommodation of 4 (two adults, an infant and a child under 9) in a single room.
Location is excellent and view is amazing. The room is newly renovated, very clean and tidy. Room is very well thought out and very good sized. Only downside is it takes awhile to get into an elevator during peak hours. Relatively kids friendly, booking during Christmas stay included welcome loot bags for kids.

The hotel furnishing is pretty outdated, but the breakfast is exceptional with lots of varieties to choose from.
There was a stained towel on the rack from before I checked in, I left it there hanging for 3 days. It was not noticed thus it’s unchanged
