Front desk staff very good, very friendly.
Room cleanliness is awful. Mouldy kettle, creepy drawer open by itself every time we close, stained toilet bowl, bath tub with hair.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family.
It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie.
Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable.
Thank you to everyone on the Executive Club Level team for helping us have the best hotel stay of our life:
