不是第一次入住朗庭了，去年的家庭遊也是選擇的朗庭，這次出差又果斷選擇這裏。地理位置很好，出門就是廣東道，購物吃飯都相當方便，設施有點兒老舊，一家老牌的五星，中規中矩。意外就發生在了這次的入住期間，一共定了兩晚，第一晚是入住的低樓層，夜晚噪音有點兒大，第二晚果斷換了種房型，入住了相對高一點的樓層，但是噪音的問題並未解決，處於購物中心，這也是可以理解的。但是我沒想到，2025年了，居然還有歧視內地人的行為發生在一個五星級酒店。事情的經過是：第一晚的酒店在第二天的中午12點就要退房，酒店給延遲到1點，説是有我新定的房型可以無縫銜接入住，這裏還是需要表揚一下的。可惜1點後也沒出空房，衹能3點才能辦理入住。我們就把行李寄存到禮賓部，出門工作了，晚上10點多回到酒店，辦理了新的入住後，前台説禮賓部會把行李送上房間，我們就先上樓了。不到5分鐘，就傳來了很用力的砸門聲，房間是有門鈴的，但是工作人員並沒有按，也沒有輕敲房門，是很用力的拍打。這時候我還沒意識到接下來會發生什麼。我對象準備接過行李，工作人員説要送進屋，我們説不用，他先説了一句“我進去教你怎麼使用房間”，第一遍我們沒反應過來，因為是很蹩腳的普通話，他又很不耐煩的説了一句“我不教你們，你們會用嗎？”如果他是很平淡的説，我也沒意見，但是他的態度非常不好，這次我們聽懂了，並拒絕了他，説我們會用。就在這時，他看到了我們寄存的手提袋裡有一瓶酒店的礦泉水，然後特別大聲的告訴我們，房間提供的礦泉水衹能在房間使用，如果拿出房間，就要交200港幣。我當時就非常生氣，首先這瓶礦泉水是第一晚的房間裏的，一共兩瓶，喝了一瓶，我想着還要繼續入住，就不麻煩客房服務再送了，裝在了一個手提袋裡，一眼就能看到，並沒有偷偷摸摸，且沒有拿出酒店，而是寄存了。其次，這個礦泉水本來就是免費供客人使用的，那麼我就算拿出酒店，有錯嗎？我真是第一次遇到這種情況，我不知道這是個人行為，還是酒店規定，但無疑這個要求很離譜。事後我向酒店前台投訴了這名員工，前台聽我講完整個過程，第一句話問我的是“請問這名工作人員是香港人嗎？”我沒有針對香港人的意思，所以我回答“我不知道他是哪裡人，但可以肯定的是，他是酒店的員工。”我心裏在想“是不是被投訴的大部分都是香港員工，所以前台才會這麼問。”酒店的處理態度還是不錯的，在我退房的時候，當面道歉，寫了道歉的卡片，送了一個香薰蠟燭，我説不需要，但是還是在送我們上車的時候放在了車上。寫這條評論，我衹是想告訴大家，不管多麼高檔的酒店，都有老鼠屎，不要讓一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥，酒店的員工培訓和管理還需要加強。也希望我的經歷能給以後入住的客人敲個警鐘。

就是地毯太臟了，屋裡設施有些陳舊，酒店地理位置還不錯，距離地鐵站不遠和中心商業區僅步行距離，乘坐中港小巴也方便距離也就幾百米，夜間安靜無噪音干擾。客房中央空調，是差旅人士的理想選擇。

Toilet has some yellow stain but it has a bath tub with diptyque amenities, which was a plus. Lobby was great and stylish. Room is good sized for its price and very conveniently located. Breakfast was really good too!

1，設施陳舊，一排電源口竟然都是壞的，還以為燒水壺壞了，最後工作人員檢測發現是一排電源口都是壞的，關鍵前一天還燒過水，第二天竟然全壞了？ 2，馬桶一圈都是膠一樣的物質，衹能請工作人員幫忙處理，我還發現這玻璃平時都衹擦一半嗎 3，服務還是不錯的，都還比較客氣有禮貌，如果衞生打掃也能做好就更好了不如快捷，差評

We definitely enjoyed our stay with the Langham club executive. The service was impeccable from start to finish. My trip was truly a relaxing stay. However there’s one thing we were disappointed with — in room dining. The food quality didn’t match the expectation.

Though we only stayed one night in Hong Kong Langham Hotel we felt that it's very difficult and rare to find such quality service hotel these days in Hong Kong. Breakfast is excellent. Valid parking is convenient though a bit expensive. I have no hesitant to recommend to visitors particularly in Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area.
