Great hotel, up to its brand. Right next to Victoria Harbour, K11, both local and western cafes and restaurants. Subway entrance is less than 20m away. Service is on the top. Would come back again and 100% recommend it.

Room is not modern but well maintained. Harbor view room is worth it, given a room on the 12th floor, should be noisy on lower floor as facing road. Buffet variety ok but quality not top notch. Probably will not stay again as the hotel breakfast is not good enough but that’s just me.

這家酒店太適合親子游了！
交通非常便利，機場大巴A25就停在門口，回程又坐了A25去港珠澳大橋香港口岸。酒店對面就是地鐵站，附近很多公交車站。步行前往星光大道和K11，酒店2樓有天橋直達維港。
酒店房間很大住的很舒服，很喜歡飲水機，不用自己燒水了。
服務無可挑剔，晚上還來打掃，下次來還住這裏。

很窩心的服務，正好生日，酒店竟然準備了生日蛋糕，雖然衹是一小塊，但是儀式感拉滿，真的非常開心。大廳酒廊服務很好，每天晚上都喜歡坐一會兒喝點飲料或者吃一碗糖水，很愜意。房間衞生非常好，連隨手扔的睡衣都會幫忙疊得好好的，會在浴室裏把我隨手放的護膚品用紙墊着，非常精細的服務👍

時隔12年再次來到香港，在香港住了3天，最滿意的酒店九龍香格里拉，開始預訂前糾結了尖沙咀好幾家酒店，最終選了九龍香格里拉，果然這次出行沒選錯！小小的細節足以證明酒店的用心，顧客至上的服務宗旨，因為入住第二天是我的生日，辦理好入住下午在房間休息，突然聽到有人敲門，還以為是送小朋友的洗漱用品工作人員（後面有送洗漱包），結果發現工作人員拿着一塊蛋糕和生日卡片送到了房間，這一刻覺得特別的感動，當被人記住是一件很温暖的事，感謝香格里拉酒店想的如此的周到！酒店位置優越，離星光大道走路10分鐘，旁邊就是k11，出行走哪都很方便，晚上逛完回房間發現還有水果，真的太貼心啦！衹是第二天要離港了不然真的會多住幾天，這次唯一遺憾的就是沒能推窗見維港，期待下次的見面！！

一共定了4間房，酒店位置超好，離星光大道和維多利亞港都很近。去海港城買東西也很方便。附近吃飯逛街觀光都很方便，走走路就到啦！酒店的房間很大，住起來很舒服，早餐也好吃。同一棟還有日料餐廳，真的太方便啦。超級滿意
